If incase you are open to change in dry foods other than drools then i would suggest winnerplus junior or salmon and rice both have good quantities of omega 3 good for coat and skin You wouldn't have to get any additional supplements Just vitamins and calcium every other month but that is usual

You can try to mix Srar coat with the dog food. Else virgin coconut oil not more than 2 ml.
