It is better to give deworming syrup empty stomach every 15 days. And try give it on cool weather like in Morning or in evening. And after 1 hr. of deworming you can feed your pup their meal. But consider the gap of almost 1 hr before and after deworming as it works well on empty stomach. And when your pup turns 1 year you have to switch for deworming tablets not syrups.
