Even though After all attachments and bondings with your pets, you should always take care of hygienic measures as dogs saliva are carriers of Rabies and even have many bacteria's.

It's cute. I don't feel it's problematic if your puppy is vaccinated and has diseases that can be transmitted. You might have checked with the vet for his deworming and vaccination routine I guess. :)

It is highly unsanitary for your dog to lick around your face, eyes, and nose! Dogs have been proven to carry various bacteria in their mouths that can be beneficial or non-effective to their overall health.
If your furbaby gets preventive care from the vet, including regular dewormers, you're probably safe.
And It's Upto to you🤗
you like it or not.
But personally I don't like it at all.

“When dog saliva touches intact human skin, especially in a healthy person, it is extremely unlikely to cause any problems, as there will be very little absorption through the skin.
And
Actually humans are not meant to tolerate some of the bacteria dogs carry in their saliva. "It's best to avoid them if you can." You don't need to stop letting your dog lick you entirely, but you should try to keep your face and any open wounds off-limits.
#What precautions should you take?
• Make sure your pet is current on all vaccines.
• New pets should undergo deworming.
• Keep your pets away from the feces of other animals.
