Jus play a lot with him.. My pup is not aggressive but throws tantrums if I don't play, it'll be satisfied with play n food

No don't tie him with a chain, while going for a walk ye's for sure. You tying him up at home will increase his aggression.

Honestly no ... Indie dogs are best. But even my dog is my first dog and honestly it's upon you ,how you handle and control and grow him/her .

Bohot saari exercise aur play se thakwa do use bhaai.. And then u need to make sure ke ise pata chale u r the head of the house n usne tumhari hi sunni hai... Don't use chains or violence, jus kabhi kabhi apne behavior aur posture se hi dogs ko pata chal jata hai ki bhai ye mera malik hai ye servant.. Especially rotties... Ye aadat abhi se nahi lagayi to he'll start to dominate u in future n I'll not be able to stop his aggression n will end up biting u Or anyone if his wishes are not fulfilled..

Rottweilers r bit more aggressive. If it's female it ll be more. Socialize ur dog. Talk her/him to parks for walk. Train ur dog properly. First teach stop and bad. Slowly train it. Take help of trainer if possible.
