As I can see your puppy is just 1 month old he is still very young and he can be easily trained the first thing you need to do is find the cause of their barking make sure it is not due to any physical condition. After making this sure you can start training by avoiding them when they start barking as this is mostly to gain your attention. Make them comfortable around the things which triggers their barking like door bell, TV sounds etc. Never physically restrain them from barking.

Hello Bhumi, You'll have to figure out the reasons/events which triggers Shiro to bark. Once you figure those out, you'll have to make him comfortable around all those cues.
