If your dog is comfortable with toothpaste then go for it. Dental treats are an alternative of toothpaste. Try making your dog comfortable with toothpaste by letting them sniff and feel the brush and paste. Then slowly introduce the whole procedure of brushing.

Dental treats are easier to use when compared to toothpaste. My dog never lets me brush her teeth so I have to use dental treats as an alternative. But in my opinion if your dog allows you to brush their teeth then go for brush and toothpaste as you can clean them better.😁
