My pup was licking his susu place too much, upon checking i would a yellow pach, i have attached the picture, can someone please tell me what is it and what can I do about it?

First of all get a sanitary cut for coco, second get it check with doc most likely its cause of some irritation which is making him lick it.Please get it consulted from vet or else it may turn into lick granuloma
