I am feeding him the same he eats early vet gave him these injections

Vansh It will help. But as I said it will take time. I'm not a vet but I would choose for oral medication rather than injections.

Try to change the food. Give him curd rice or other gravy foods. If he still doesn't eat then he must be facing some stomach issues. In that case visit your vet.

I tried everything .. Today i visited vet he gave him injections

Instead of injection, ask vet to prescribe some syrups or tablets.
