No. other nutrients are also important for their growth. Curd rice is not enough. Dog food is equally important. Add water in you dog food wait for some time they add some curd in it.

You do know that rice and curd can't help with all the nutrients but if he likes curd just add a spoonful or two in his dog food soaked in a slight warm water. There you go 🤟,it worked on my Rono too
