So, this one time I added 2 spoon curd into my pups starter kibbles and now he doesn't eat anything without curd. ( It was suggested by vet to add curd due to his bloating issue)

Even I experienced the same with my puppy but as he is hairy there was a bad odour from his hair when curd get stuck to it
so I started substituting with a small pice of chciken (shredded)or egg white just for taste
But eventually I started giving him rice and homemade food once in every day..
But curd is really good for your puppy especially in this summer

Some Dogs might experience Gas, diarrhea, and vomiting and my doggo also experienced this.
Too much yogurt/curd can cause dangerously high levels of Calcium and Magnesium, which can result in G.I. upset.

I understand that curd is very beneficial specially in summer but he shouldn't be habitual to it as it won't be good enough in winter if he doesn't have food without curd.

Yes it is always better to substitute it with chicken or boiled egg as they can be included in their diet in any season
Also it'll provide protein for your dog

Yes It is good for them especially in summer.
Curd is actually a very good feed for dogs. Nutritious, lots of protein, water , and good bacteria. Will keep the bowel also good.☺️
And Keep Kajal words in mind as well.☺️😊

Nice inputs by everyone. Sure Rachna, if you want, don't suddenly stop giving curd to your furbaby. Reduce the amount really slowly. Leave traces of curd on top of food, so atleast your pup will be willing to taste food.

How about adding some seasonal fruits, slowly add a couple of cubes, maybe Ozzy might like the refreshing change in summer?

Thanks Vani but he is too smart, he only eats the part where curd is excess and leave rest of the food 🤣 it is being difficult however, we are trying to shift him on other foods slowly.
