Yesterday he had non veg, today we gave him veg...he is just smelling it and only eating veg at a very hungry situation, that too a little bit

Feeding just meat/ chicken and rice is not recommended because your puppy would not be getting the proper nutrition.

you can give cerelac to him. Why did you give him chicken? now give him puppy pedigree gravy with food / veggies / curd.

mix with curd....in a limited quantity.....

and give him just for taste..... (little bit) mix Rice, Curd, and gravy just for taste
